I am a New Zealand trained surgeon specialising in hip, knee, and ankle replacement. Foot and ankle surgery. And general orthopaedics.
I have a Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (FRACS, Orthopaedics), and I am a member of the NZ Orthopaedic Association (NZOA).
I hold a current Practising Certificate with the NZMC (Medical Council).
I trained at Auckland University School of Medicine (1987-92).
I trained in Orthopaedics in NZ, then did the one year Surrey Foot and Ankle Fellowship in 2009-10, before returning to full-time practice in Hawkes Bay seven years ago.
